The finest grapes are hand-selected from cool, high altitude vineyards in the prestigious Uco Valley and Agrelo regions of Mendoza for this small production Reserva Malbec. Mendoza’s high valleys, each at a different elevation and with a different temperature profile, sustain a multitude of microclimates. The high altitude allows for intense sunlight that produces fruit with thicker skins. This delivers extraordinary color, body, aroma and structure, and creates unique flavor and aromatic expressions in the finished wine.

Don Miguel Gascon Reserva Malbec is a rich, signature style Malbec, aged a minimum of one year in oak barrels to impart just the right amount of complexity. Burgeoning with distinctive dark fruit flavors and aromas, this full-bodied, intensely flavorful wine offers layers of ripe plum, blackberry and dark cherry, accented by hints of chocolate and black pepper. Round tannins and final notes of brown spice and oak combine to create a firm, persistent finish.
