Class ScheduleWine Education We offer customized wine education lectures, tastings and discussions. Topics will range from beginner material to advanced classes. These classes are meant to be fun and interactive. Beer and Spirits From Scotch to Micro-brews, classes are held throughout the week to teach you everything you wanted to know about beer and spirits. Culinary Classes During afternoons and weekends our personal chefs will conduct cooking classes on a variety of topics. These classes will be hands on and limited to 12-15 people. Wine & Food Pairings Gordons has personal chefs on staff as well as celebrity chefs to do food and wine pairings. Customers will see and taste the food being made as well as taste wines that accompany the prepared foods. |
