Clayhouse Vineyard Adobe Red 750ml 2009
Sku: 30271

The grape source is the Red Cedar Vineyards located in Paso Robles. To create this wine, we utilized four different varietals which are known throughout this region to provide superior quality of fruit. The soils and terrain vary per varietal and range from a steep Sloping terraces of Rincon clay loam to sandstone, shale and a fine sandy loam which is calcareous throughout.

Wine maker notes
After picking and pressing, we fermented and aged all of the red varietals separately. Fifteen percent of the lots aged in neutral French, European and American oak for 14 months.
