Each Pinot will be perfectly paired with bites from Baker’s Best Summer Menu.

No grape captures the imagination of wine lovers quite like Pinot Noir. Celebrated for its enigmatic nature, Pinot Noir hails from the hallowed vineyards of Burgundy, and now thrives in places such as Oregon's Willamette and and California's Sonoma Coast.

It’s this elusive, shape-shifting quality that has made Pinot Noir both a darling of critics and a favorite of collectors. But Burgundy is just the beginning of this grape’s story. Daring winemakers from around the globe have taken up the challenge of coaxing Pinot’s finest expressions from their own terroirs.

In this month’s Summer School class, we’ll take a deep dive into the world of Pinot — not just through its classic red wines, but also sparkling, white, and rosés. Alongside the ethereal Pinot Noir, we’ll explore its fascinating mutations: Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris. Each expression reveals a different facet of Pinot’s complex character, offering a unique glimpse into why this family of grapes continues to mystify and delight.

$70 ticket price includes 1.5 hr guided tasting of 5-6 wines and above food pairings by Baker's Best. Space is limited. All wines will be available for purchase with special event night discounts. Please inform us if you have any allergies at least 48 hours before the event.
