Join us for a wondrous exploration of Barolos from Bava Piemonte. This four-course dinner will feature the famed Barolo wines – named for their location in Piedmont, northwest Italy.
The hills of Piemonte are famous for producing fragrant, tannic red wines, made entirely from the Nebbiolo grape variety. The Bava family has cultivated vineyards in Cocconato, since 1600 and in 1911 built its first winery. Since the creation of the Cocconato winery, more than one hundred harvests have now passed, and six generations have alternated. Bava cultivates their vineyards with environmentally friendly methods in the three farms of Cocconato, Agliano and Castiglione Falletto, which for generations have been producing excellent and unique wines.
