French Roots, American Soil: Gruet Winery

Wine lovers join us for a Gordon’s virtual tasting event collaboration with the French Cultural Center titled, “French Roots, American Soil: An International Love Story’’ featuring American wineries with French roots. Our second session will feature savoir faire from the Champagne-like sparkling wines of New Mexico’s Gruet Winery led by winemaker, Cyril Tanazacq. Founded in 1984, Gruet Winery specializes in Méthode Champenoise sparkling wines from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay with roots originating from Gilbert Gruet’s Champagne house in Bethon, France.
