Gordon's invites you to a gathering of California, Oregon and Washington winemakers to celebrate the New Wave of West Coast wines.

Featuring wines influenced by the elements of the American West Coast, this New Wave represents a swell of wine producers shaped by local terroir.

This ripple effect was initially inspired by visionaries like Ravenswood and Corison, and further defined by those "in pursuit of balance" such as Domaine de la Cote, Kelley Fox and Peay. These producers and many more created the gradual undercurrent of the New Wave of West Coast winemaking focused on the tenets of balance of fruit, single site selection, and limited yields.

Taking place at Boston's award-winning cocktail bar, The Hawthorne located in the heart of Kenmore Square, the New Wave of West Coast Wines is a golden opportunity you do not want to miss!

Experience a walk-around tasting of over 50 wines from our event partner, Vineyard Road highlighting Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Syrah, and Zinfandel along with a west coast old and rare table. Fare will be plentiful including flatbreads, sliders, oysters and much more! Taste and mingle with some of the West Coast's most dynamic rising star winemakers such as Marc Rafael of Rafael et Fils, Drew Voit of Harper Voit and Matthew Rawn of Two Mountain Winery. We will also be joined by the brilliant mind behind Domaine de la Cote, Piedrasassi and Evening Land, Sashi Moorman.

Whether you already dig wines from the American West Coast, or are hesitant to embrace beyond Burgundy, and the classics, trust us this event is for you!
