THE BAROLO WINEMAKER DINNER WITH AURELIO SETTIMO

Barolo… The King of Italian Wines. Rocche dell’Annunziata… One of Barolo’s most important vineyards… known for producing ethereal wines which are full of body, yet soft and very fragrant. This is where you’ll find the Aurelio Settimo estate, in the heart of Piedmont. The vignerons understand the land, cultivate the vines with care and attention, then delicately harvest the best grapes. What started out modestly grew into a family legacy, which is now carried on by Aurelio’s daughter, Tiziana.

Join Davide Boasso, Aurelio’s nephew, who represents the fourth generation of the winery, to explore these extravagant wines served alongside a wonderful four-course dinner created by Executive Chef David Daniels. This event is designed for dedicated fans of the region or anyone who wants to taste and learn about the finesse of Northern Italian wines.
