Description

Fabulous mid purple in colour with a haunting, concentrated nose. This is a massive, dense Pommard this year, you can almost feel the thickness of the skins, and this wine is surely going to require a long barrel maturation. However, the tannins remain very fine and there are signs of elegance throughout. Exceptionally persistent. This will become a treasured rarity, and will only be available in magnums.
