Aged for eight months in stainless steel tanks before going into barrels for a period of four months, this Langhe Nebbiolo has all the fruity and spicy characteristics of a traditional Barbaresco, but it is intended to be consumed in its youth. Dried cherry, mint, tobacco, liquorice, incense and crushed flowers are nicely identified in this fragrant and approachable Langhe Nebbiolo. With remarkable complexity and softness and a good tannic structure, it goes perfectly with many of your meals, from the simple to the more elaborate.
