Description

Grapes are from a 4 hectare, south facing, steep vineyard in the commune of Borgomasino. Soils are glacial in origin, composed of “silico-aluminium-alkaline elements, sandy and very poor in, or completely devoid of, lime. In general it is soil heavily mixed to stones and round and smooth pebbles”. Vinified in stainless steel, aged for about 8 months on the fine lees.
