Because Galliano Ristretto is not a coffee liquer, but an espresso liqueur two different types of coffee beans must be used. On top of this, Galliano Ristretto is the only espresso liqueur made using a variety of different coffee beans. A perfect balance between the strong, bitter Robusta beans from Kenya and India blended together with the creamy chocolate Arabica coffee beans from Brazil and Colombia. With a production process involving five very distinct phases the process of creating Galliano Ristretto is complex but necessary. It is this attention to detail that allow the deep and intense flavours of Galliano Rsitretto to express themselves so fully.
