A lively wine, light straw-coloured with greenish tints, a full and consistent perlage. Refined, light and delicate with long-lasting aroma and fruity, pleasantly bitterish aftertaste which recalls the freshness of golden apples. A classic appetizer wine it well accompanies shellfish, fish hors-d’oeuvre, its moderate alcoholic content makes it even suitable to accompany all courses, to be served in flute glasses.
