Description
Made using lightly pressed Gewurztraminer pomace, this grappa has fruity and soft aromatics and is extremely smooth on the palate. This is a spirit of the highest possible quality. Only the ”heart of the hearts” (the very best portion of distillate) from each still is kept for this bottling. Pleasant to sniff and easy to drink, the result is a product which defies the fiery, harsh and hard to drink stereotype of traditional grappas. Serve straight up as a digestif following meals, mixes with coffee or espresso, or as an accompaniment to fine cigars. 375 mL bottle.
