In the glass, a beautiful, straw-yellow, shiny Chardonnay awaits us. The nose is definitely very mineral, stony, chalky, with a little orange.Something bright, mentholy, cool, very interesting. Then it becomes smokier and smokier, almost greasy, there is more exoticism, then pineapple, pear and also a little melon.On the palate super firm, sparse, very ascetic yet super powerful, dusty and very chalky, astringent.
