Sheep, chickens, geese, pigs, cover crops, soil, and vines all play a role in the farm’s interconnected system. Rather than relying on fertilizers, compost, or feeds, Antiquum seeks to build a thriving biological ecosystem within the vineyard and allow the site itself to speak as clearly as possible.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003eThe result?
