When it comes to actually obtaining a bottle of that limited release whisk(e)y that seems impossible to get (did someone say Pappy?), there is no better opportunity to do just that than our Rare Whisk(e)y Raffle on Dec 8th at our DTX location.  This yearly celebration of the rarest of the rare starts with us popping bottles of assorted limited release goodies for a walk around tasting and ends with you possibly going home with a bottle of distilled greatness.  Earning raffle tickets is as simple as buying our phenomenal and exclusive Gordon’s Private Barrel bottlings.  The more you buy, the more chances you have to win that George T Stagg or Pappy 15yr you’ve been coveting for a while now.  But don’t wait too long to start earning tickets, Dec 8th will be hear before you know it!

Gordon’s Rare Whiskey Raffle Specifics

*PLEASE ALWAYS GIVE YOUR NAME AT CHECK OUT WHEN BUYING GORDON’S PRIVATE BARRELS. THAT IS HOW TICKETS ARE TRACKED UNDER YOUR CUSTOMER ACCOUNT.
  • This year’s Rare Whisk(e)y Raffle will be held on Saturday December 8th at our Downtown Crossing, Boston location.
  • To earn Rare Whiskey Raffle tickets, you may purchase any of the Gordon’s Private Barrel bottlings. Some bottlings are worth more, ticket-wise, than others (see below).
  • Note that like last year, there will be no physical tickets issued at the time of purchase. All earned tickets will be tracked electronically in the Gordon’s point of sale database. There is no limit to how many tickets you can earn and you do not need to be present at the raffle to win.
  • When making a Private Barrel purchase, please create an account in our database (if you don’t already have one) by giving your name, phone number, and email at the register. This will ensure that your earned tickets are recorded under your account. (Also note to the cashier that you are involved in the Private Barrel Loyalty Program. We advise you to keep your receipts as well.)
  • The deadline for earning tickets is December 4th for all store locations unless you decide to purchase more Private Barrel Bottlings on the day of the Raffle at the Downtown Crossing location.
  • Just like last year, there will be 20+ rare whiskies up for grabs at the raffle (provisional list below). Each whisk(e)y will have its own drawing so you can allocate your tickets to the specific drawing/whisk(e)y in which you are interested.
  • You can check your ticket amount at any time by calling any Gordon’s location or stopping in and asking a staff member.
  • Lastly, raffle winners will be able to purchase their bottle(s) at the brand’s suggested retail price. We will not be hiking up our prices on any of the bottles.
