Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Our goal is that all our customers are satisfied with their orders. Should you need to return an item for any reason, please contact our Customer Service department via email at support@gordonswine.com or 781-893-1900 ext. 600.

Cancellations

Canceling due to order being undeliverable is subject to a 15% restocking fee and the delivery fee is non-refundable.

Cancellations of orders before the arrival of the product are accepted within two weeks of the original order date, after which we reserve the right to charge a 15% cancellation fee. Please note: Bordeaux Futures are considered non-refundable 14 days from the date of payment.

Returns & Refunds

We will not accept returns of any wine that was purchased more than 1 year prior. All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase; either your receipt or our internal record on your account.

We accept returns of wines flawed by cork taint only. Bottles returned for cork taint must still have wine in them so we can verify the defect. We cannot accept wines that have been damaged by temperature or storage issues outside our building.
