Born into families of winegrowers, Céline and Frédéric embarked on their own adventure in 2013, founding their estate in the heart of the Chablis vineyard. Today, their 36 hectares are dedicated to an exceptional range of varietals: predominantly Chardonnay for their Burgundy and Chablis appellations, as well as Sauvignon (AOC Saint-Bris), Pinot Noir (AOC Irancy), and Aligoté.
With deep respect for their roots yet a bold spirit of independence, Céline and Frédéric are crafting wines that both honor tradition and express their own vision—a fresh breath of freedom in Burgundy winemaking. Each bottle is a new page in their story.
