Customer Pickup & Storage
Effective January 1, 2026 all paid customer purchases will receive ninety (90) days of free storage beginning from the billing date. Customers are responsible for arranging pickup or delivery of their purchases within this timeframe. Any items remaining in Gordon’s care after the initial ninety-day period will be subject to a storage fee of five dollars ($5.00) per box, per month. All accrued storage fees must be paid in full prior to pickup. Any items remaining in Gordon’s care after ninety (90) days may, at Gordon’s discretion, be returned to inventory. In the event items are returned to inventory, Gordon’s total obligation to the customer will be store credit only. The amount of store credit issued will equal the original purchase price, less any accrued and unpaid storage fees and a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee. All return-to-inventory decisions are made solely at Gordon’s discretion. Please note that seasonal temperature conditions may allow out-of-state customers to hold their wine for longer than 90 days. We can evaluate those orders on a case-by-case basis. Purchases that are not paid due to the absence of a credit card on file must be paid in full within ten (10) business days, or approximately two (2) weeks, from the purchase, or billing date. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the purchase will be returned to inventory and no product will be held beyond this period. A valid credit card on file is required for all special orders, futures, flash sales, offers, and daily deals. Gordon’s reserves the right to refuse any order that does not meet payment requirements. To ensure a more streamed line and smooth pick up experience, we ask our customers to give our team a minimum of 24 hours notice. This way we can prepare your order and have it ready when you arrive. This policy is effective January 1, 2026 with customer notification distributed via email on January 4, 2026. Continued purchases and storage with Gordon’s constitute acceptance of this policy.

Shipping
All shipments and deliveries require an adult signature with a valid ID. You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase and receive wine and spirits on the first delivery attempt. Please note, due to increased volume, delivery orders can take up to 3-5 days for processing. Pick up orders are generally ready in 1-2 days. Orders are subject to weather holds and we will contact you to confirm delays. During extreme weather, we will gladly hold your purchases until we can ensure safer travel. If you opt to have your order shipped during extreme weather, Gordon’s cannot assume responsibility for the condition of your merchandise upon delivery. Shipping quotes provided at checkout are estimates only and based on a 750ml average wine bottle weight and normal bottle quantity packaging requirements. Total costs may need to be adjusted because of custom packaging requirements for unusual shapes, certain champagnes, magnums and other large sizes, special edition or gift boxes, and for rare or delicate bottles. You will be notified of any shipping cost changes before we finalize your order. Regardless of when an order is shipped, the customer assumes 100% responsibility for the wine once it has left the building. Orders returned to us by shipping carriers after they have attempted to make normal delivery will not be re-shipped unless we are contacted by the original recipient and the additional shipping costs for resending the parcel has been paid for. Any cancellation of a returned order is subject to our Cancellations, Returns and Refunds policy. We require at least 48 hours advance notice if you wish to have an order that is being held for you shipped. Please note that requests must be made between business hours (9 AM-5 PM Monday-Friday). Requests made on Saturdays and Sundays will be replied to on Mondays. Please note that the laws as to whether or not we can ship wine, beer or hard liquor to many states are constantly changing. Based on your shipping location, we may need one business day to confirm we can ship it. You will receive an email or phone call from Gordon’s indicating whether we can ship. Once your order is boxed and ready for shipment, you will receive an email containing tracking information.

Local Deliveries
For local deliveries via Gordon’s truck or messenger, an adult 21+ with a valid ID must be available to receive on the first attempt. If no one is available to accept your shipment, you may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. For orders sent via UPS or FedEx, if no one is available to accept your shipment, you may be liable for the costs to reship the order.
