The PX Edition, part of the Iberian Series, is finished in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, bringing pronounced sweetness with notes of figs, dates, and rich caramel. The Missouri Oak Edition explores new territory by finishing Redbreast in virgin American oak from the Ozarks, resulting in a spicier, wood-forward profile with toasted vanilla and warming clove.
