Join Gordon’s Wine for an unforgettable evening at The Exchange, located at Boston’s iconic Fish Pier in the heart of the Seaport District — where New England’s finest flavors meet sparkling sophistication.
This luxurious and festive celebration unites East Meets West Catering, celebrated for their award-winning cuisine, with Red’s Best, Boston’s premier purveyor of sustainably harvested local seafood. Together, they’ll create an extraordinary multi-course feast that showcases the very best of New England’s waters — a seafood experience that’s truly off the scales.
Adding to the evening’s allure, Red’s Best owner Jared Auerbach will be present to share insights into the local catch, offering guests a deeper appreciation for the seafood on their plates and the sustainable practices behind it — a true ocean-to-table experience.
Each course will be thoughtfully paired with Grower and Boutique Champagnes, sourced from small, family-owned producers through specialty importer & distributor Vineyard Road. Unlike the big négociant houses, these artisanal Champagnes are crafted by the very growers who tend their vines, resulting in wines that beautifully capture the essence of their unique terroir and craftsmanship.
The evening begins with a Champagne reception, followed by a four-course tasting menu highlighting the freshest local catch from Red’s Best. Under the direction of Executive Chef Kevin Marsland, East Meets West’s culinary team will transform New England’s ocean bounty into a symphony of flavor — each dish harmonizing perfectly with its Champagne pairing.
