Meet The Importer: Vine Farmer's Italian Wines

Join us on June 10 for a special masterclass with Jace Chaffee, founder of wine import company Vine Farmer, known for championing the new wave of Northern Italian vignerons, many of whom are on their way to being recognized as the next classics.

A former biotech professional turned Sommelier, Chaffee built Vine Farmer to spotlight under-the-radar regions and bold producers—particularly in Italy’s Piedmont region—who prioritize authenticity, biodiversity, and a deep connection to the land. His portfolio focuses on farmers who work naturally and passionately, crafting wines that are singular expressions of place and vintage.

In addition to being wholesaled in RI, CT, and NY, Vine Farmer delivers to roughly 100 high-end restaurants and stores in the state—places like Contessa, Urban Hearth, Haley Henry, SRV, Formaggio, and many more!

Chaffee will share a curated selection from his portfolio, along with the stories of the winemakers he admires and respects, hoping to gain many more fans along the way.
