The Thursday Pour: Charlie's Summer Picks
Join us every Thursday from 6–8 PM at Gordon’s Watertown for a rotating tasting experience featuring a thoughtfully curated selection of wine, beer, spirits—or sometimes a little bit of everything.
This week, Charlie will be featuring a curated selection of his favorite summer picks, beginning with a lineup of Champagne, moving into a vibrant Peloponnese Assyrtiko, and followed by a classic German Riesling Auslese. The reds include a Beaujolais Villages and conclude with Domaine de Trévallon Rouge 2021 — a powerful, structured blend from Provence showing dark fruit, and garrigue with serious aging potential.
