RossoNoah is crafted from 50% young-vine Nebbiolo, 40% old-vine Croatina (trained in the traditional maggiorina style), and 10% Vespolina. It’s a blend that hits all the right notes: the elegance and florality of Nebbiolo, the spice and flesh of Vespolina, and the grip and earth of Croatina. Fermented in stainless steel, aged for a year in large Slavonian casks, and made with a light touch—just 10 days of maceration—it’s as fresh and drinkable as it is expressive of place.
