What is less known—but just as exciting—is their “second wine”: Les Sinards, sourced from the younger vines of Beaucastel’s own vineyards.

2022 Les Sinards Rouge – Grenache-driven, with vibrant red fruit, spice, and supple tannins. Rich enough to stand alongside roast meats or game, yet open and generous enough to drink beautifully now. This is a classic Châteauneuf character in a more youthful frame.
2023 Les Sinards Blanc – A rare white Châteauneuf, showing striking freshness and elegance. Layers of white peach, floral notes, and subtle minerality make this one of the Rhône’s hidden treasures, balancing richness with lift and energy.

It's really hard to resist this wine's abundant cassis, red currant and strawberry fruit. There’s an interplay of restrained ripeness and gentle tannins. This is quite full-bodied, but the silky tannins and long, lively finish make it taste lighter than it really is. A cuvee based on grenache with a mix of other traditional varieties. Drink or hold.
