Starting in 2001, the family started a distilling operation that has constantly pushed the boundaries of craft distilling. Few distilleries offer as many heirloom grains, distinct mashbills, and unique finishing barrels that can create a truly customized single barrel offering! Christian will be guiding us through a tour of our single barrel selections from the past two years. And for attendees he’s got a special, top secret pour for our enjoyment.
