This Farm to Vine Dinner brings together local bounty and world-class wines in a warm, communal setting at the Town Meeting Bistro in Lexington.
Guests will enjoy a thoughtfully curated, multi-course menu highlighting the freshest seasonal ingredients from Wilson Farm, paired with an exceptional selection of Bordeaux wines. From bright, expressive Bordeaux blanc to bold, age-worthy Paulliac, Saint-Estèphe and Margaux and a decadent Sauternes to finish, each pairing has been chosen to showcase the depth and versatility of Bordeaux alongside the best flavors of autumn.
