As National Sales Manager for World Sake Imports, Chris has earned the affectionate nickname "The Sake Ninja" for his dynamic teaching style and unparalleled passion for sharing the world of sake.

A true sake enthusiast, Chris has dedicated more than 25 years to sharing his passion for Japan's most versatile drink. Certified as a Sake Sommelier in 1999, he was honored with the prestigious title of Sake Samurai in 2013—one of the highest distinctions in the world of sake. Chris has also served as a judge for both the U.S. National Sake Appraisal and the International Wine Challenge (IWC), making him one of the foremost authorities on sake in North America.

Known for his infectious enthusiasm and belief that sake pairs with everything, Chris will guide guests through a diverse lineup showcasing the remarkable range of styles, regions, and brewing traditions found across Japan.
