Join us for an unforgettable evening celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month through exceptional food, wine, and storytelling at Farm to Vine: A Hispanic Heritage Dinner, taking place September 15th at the Inn at Hastings Park.

This exclusive dining experience will feature a thoughtfully curated five-course, Spanish-inspired menu by Chef Cory Williams, with each course expertly paired with distinguished wines from Bodega Numanthia led by Moet Hennessy's Wine Estates Educator, John Sorice. Together, we’ll explore the rich culinary and winemaking traditions of Spain while celebrating the enduring influence of Hispanic culture through authentic flavors, stories, and hospitality.

Founded in 1998, Bodega Numanthia has become an emblem of fine wine from Spain. Located in Valdefinjas in the Toro region of Castilla y León, the estate takes its name and inspiration from the ancient Celtiberian community of Numancia, whose people famously resisted the Roman army for decades. That same spirit of resilience is reflected in Toro’s vineyards, where winemaking traditions date back centuries.

The region’s vineyards have endured generations of challenges, from extreme climatic conditions to the devastation of phylloxera, yet the vines and the people who care for them have continued to thrive. Toro wines also have a remarkable place in history, traveling to the Americas aboard Christopher Columbus’ ships in 1492. Today, Bodega Numanthia honors this extraordinary heritage through wines that express the power, character, and resilience of Toro.

The evening will take place at The Inn at Hastings Park, the Boston area’s only Relais & Châteaux property, whose commitment to sustainability, seasonality, and celebrating the people and places behind every ingredient makes it a natural partner for this experience. The menu will highlight locally sourced produce through a partnership with Lexington Community Farm (LexFarm), celebrating regenerative agriculture and thoughtful land stewardship.

Nestled on more than seven acres of protected historic land, LexFarm is a nonprofit dedicated to sustainable farming, community education, and local food access. Through a focus on soil health and climate-smart practices, LexFarm grows vibrant organic produce for local families—including neighbors experiencing food insecurity—and supplies community food banks, helping bring the connection between land, farm, and table to life.

Gordon’s Wine is proud to bring our customers together for an evening that celebrates the connections between wine, food, culture, and community. We invite you to raise a glass with us as we honor Hispanic heritage and the remarkable people, traditions, and places that make these wines and this evening so special.
