Tasting notes

Nose - It starts with an intense note of varnish rapidly followed by fruity, vanilla and rye whiskey notes. It then evolves on wood smoke with a balsamic touch.

Palate - Rich quite woody, it reminds the nose with fruity notes of cooked pear, lemon, banana and kiwi and dryer notes of ginger, pepper, almond and nutmeg.

Finish -Long and rather dry with milk chocolate, walnut and banana.
