Known for its progressive approach to whisky-making on Scotland’s Isle of Islay, Bruichladdich challenges convention while remaining deeply rooted in its island home, exploring the influence of barley, terroir, and distillation through a remarkable range of expressions.

Throughout the evening, enjoy a thoughtfully curated, multi-course dinner paired with an exciting progression of Bruichladdich whiskies, from the approachable elegance of The Classic Laddie to the distinctive character of Islay Barley and Port Charlotte, culminating in a rare opportunity to explore three expressions from the celebrated Octomore series. Renowned for pushing the boundaries of heavily peated whisky, Octomore offers a fascinating study in the interplay of smoke, texture, and complexity.

Each course will offer a new perspective on the distillery’s craft, with Devin guiding guests through the stories, techniques, and distinctive personalities behind each pour.
