This flavorful 100% Carménère offers a delicious range of flavors, including ripe plum, tobacco, black pepper, and spice. Hand-picked, sustainably-farmed grapes from vines planted 1992-1998 in the Isla de Maipo sub-region are fully destemmed before fermentation with native yeasts. The wine is aged in neutral French barriques for about fifteen months before bottling.
