Orphan Barrel Copper Tongue 16yr 750

Orphan Barrel Copper Tongue comes from the historic Cascade Hollow Distillery in Tullahoma, Tennessee. These stocks were discovered by Cascade's general manager & distiller Nicole Austine in their single-story rickhouses that are inspired by Scottish barrel storage facilities. Local Cascade Spring water, ingredients from local farmers, and Scottish-inspired rickhouses make for an incredibly unique cask-strength 16-year-old straight bourbon whiskey. The second orphan barrel to come from this distillery, it's a mellow and approachable expression with juicy orange and cedar notes.
