Description

Ideally located at the bottom of the hillside, with an eastern exposure, the vine blossoms on a large range of soils. Les Saint Georges are complex and elegant wines, marked by the fruit purity, the subtlety of the tannins, and the nobility of the cru. 100% destemmed. After relatively long cold maceration, fermentation takes place with the natural yeasts only. The wines are mature for 18 months in oak barrels, 15-20% of them are new.
