The NV Brut is an attractive, entry-level wine laced with ripe pears, hazelnuts, spices and dried flowers. An understated, floral finish makes it hard to resist a second taste. This mid-weight, accessible, beautifully balanced Champagne is best suited for drinking over the next two to three years. I especially like the way NV Brut opens up with time in the glass. This is Lot 1097B. Anticipated maturity: 2011-2014. ”A big, full-bodied bubbly, featuring graphite, toast, lemon and nut aromas and flavors. Balanced, with an assertive finish. Will improve with a few months of cellaring. Drink now through 2009. 35,000 cases made. –BS Ranked #41 in Wine Spectator's 2006 Top 100 list.
