Beginning on the chalky soils of Kent and Sussex, to the ancient soils of Africa, Bartholomew Broadbent will guide you from English Fizz to the sun-soaked slopes of Cape Town and Swartland. Gusbourne will begin the evening and entice the palate with its Champagne style wines as you sip and savor Chef Daniels’ perfect pairings. As you enjoy each course the wines will evolve to three courses of red wines from the premium vineyards of Badenhorst, Vilafonté, Delaire and Dunkin Savage. Join us for English Fizz, Cabernet Sauvignon, and stories from the vineyard!
