Come and meet Clonakilty Distiller/Blender, Paul Corbett who will discuss his techniques of distilling and the fine art of blending premium Irish whiskey. Paul has been recognized by the Icons of Irish Whiskey as their “Highly Commanded” Distiller/Blender of 2021 & 2022.

This tasting will feature Clonakilty’s newly launched Jack’s Abby Collaboration Whiskey which is a 11yr Grain/5yr Malt blend that has been finished in Jack’s Abby Framinghammer Coffee Baltic Porter barrels. Stop by for a tasting and bottle signing!
