Lasanta is Gaelic for warmth and passion, a reminder not just of the Spanish provenance of these Oloroso sherry butts, but also a reflection of this expressions lusciously soft texture and deep, enticingly sweet aroma.Non chill-filtered for additional aroma and mouthfeel.

Aroma: Warm spices mix with smooth chocolate covered raisins, honeycomb and caramel toffee. Taste: Deliciously sweet sherry flavoured sultanas, orange segments, walnuts and butterscotch combine to create complex warm spices. Finish: Long and satisfying finish with spiced orange and chocolate covered hazelnuts.

Briny and toasty on the nose with suggestions of maple, cinnamon and fresh fig shining through. Decidedly semisweet with salted caramel, baked pear and campfire smoke coalescing into a classic, sherry-like finish. Fantastic.Aged in Bourbon casks for 10 years, then "extra matured” for two years in Oloroso Sherry casks. The result is luxe and rich, a fine after-dinner sipper. Allow a little time for the aroma to emerge, and a splash of water for maximum flavor.
