Robert Mondavi is known for his strong, distinct wines. Woodbridge is a friendlier, more enjoyable alternative to the potent wood-aged chardonnay. A balanced wine, which contains all aspects for a perfect wine. The chardonnay grapes are harvested manually, so that only the most beautiful bunches are part of this spectacular white wine. After the harvest, the beautiful juice matures for several months in oak. This gives the wine a lot of depth, but the fruit tones such as pineapple and mango also remain nicely present. The fragrance also has wild notes of cinnamon, mint and vanilla. The taste is creamy and fruity, with a slightly spicy undertone.
