As well as rejecting all additives, this proudly independent rum company takes an approach to distillation that will be familiar to many whisky lovers: painstaking sourcing of ingredients, slow, controlled fermentations to boost ester production, and carefully managed distillation – in pot and column stills – to bring out the best in the spirit.
